Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 14 days from the date on the dispatch note email.

Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check Your Delivery Receipt)
Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.
For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced-price items to enable a refund to be processed.
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.
Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
If we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
