Please have the item available for collection and make sure someone will be available at the agreed time. We’ll need your full address, mobile number and a brief description of the repair.
Photographs are also helpful and can be uploaded with your request.

We currently offer our collection and return service across Newport and selected surrounding areas.
Availability depends on your location and our collection schedule. Your address will be checked when you request a collection.
Repair pricing
Repair prices vary depending on the item and the work required. We’ll assess your item and discuss the repair and cost with you before carrying out chargeable work.
No repair work will be carried out without your agreement.

Do I need to visit your shop?
No. Xclusive Jewellers is now operating online-only, so we arrange collection and return directly with you.
How does the collection work?
Choose a collection time through our booking form and we’ll arrange to collect your jewellery or watch from your address.
How long will my repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the item and the work required. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe once we’ve assessed your item.
How will I know when my repair is ready?
We’ll contact you when your repair is complete and arrange a convenient time to return it.
Can I get a price before you collect my item?
Some repairs can be estimated from photographs, but an accurate price may require us to inspect the item in person. We’ll discuss the cost with you before carrying out chargeable work.
What happens if I don’t know what repair I need?
That’s absolutely fine. Tell us what has happened and upload a photograph if possible. We’ll assess the item and advise you.
