Your Gift Voucher can be used at our store or on our website www.xclusivejewellery.co.uk within 12 months of issue.Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and any difference will be paid back in the form of a voucher.

Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.

No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers.

Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return/exchange of earrings, sets including earrings or hair accessories in compliance with the current Health and Hygiene regulations.

Any unwanted goods must be returned in 7 days with all labels and seals in place and in the original packaging.

We will not accept the return of goods without proof of purchase.

For damaged goods we will offer a like for like exchange.

Items bought on sale/reduced price can not be returned or exchanged.

Any goods bought as a special order item can not be returned or exchanged.
