No Quibble Returns Policy

Xclusive Jewellery maintains a 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee". Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, please return your unwanted goods in their original packaging with all lables and tags intact within 7 days from purchase and we will credit your card to the full (excluding postage charges).

If you wish to return an item please contact us on info@xclusivejewellery.co.uk and we will issue you with a return number and a returns form. Please complete this form and send it back with your returned goods. Without this form we will not be able to process your return request.

We advise all customers to send returned goods back via an insured carried such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The Company cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. If your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We cannot refund shipping charges unless your goods were received faulty or damaged, or if we made a mistake when packaging your order.

Please Note: Returned goods must reach our warehouse in the condition in which they were received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than in which they were received. Refunds received after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Xclusive Jewellery.

For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings, navel jewellery and sets which include pierced earrings.
